First, I was shown to the desk on the first floor by a kind staff person on the second floor.
The young gentleman at the desk on the first floor was also super kind and helpful!
I was told that the document I needed would be ready in an hour and a half. It was done in an hour.
I experienced exceptional professionalism at the Nagoya Philippine Consulate today!
